7/12/10 Weekly Fooding/Activity

MONDAY
Breakfast - 9 mini pancakes, green tea, tropical passion tea latte
Lunch - 1/3 of an order of Ikea's Swedish meatballs with mash potatoes, and a slice of garlic bread
Dinner - the rest of the Swedish Meatballs

Recumbent bike - 2.5 miles in 11 minutes; and 2 miles in 22 minutes.
(yes, I've finally learned the names of the different bikes: recumbent and upright)
